Instructions for KOF Ultimate Mugen :
1. Download all files above from Part 1 - Part 7.
2. Extract all the parts using WinRAR to your desired location.
3. Download the mugen.cfg , Latest Patch and DLC.
4. Copy the mugen.cfg and paste it in the KOF Ultimate Mugen > data. When asked to overwrite existing file, select 'yes'.
5. Extract the KOFUltiMugfinal Patch 211213.rar using WinRAR and follow the instructions given in the patch.
